Distinguished Session Chair, Party Leaders, Ministers, Members of Parliament, esteemed scholars, and honored guests; I extend my warmest greetings to this distinguished assembly. We gather today at one of the most critical junctures of international relations to analyze the future of the global order. The historical era we are navigating is not a mere cyclical fluctuation, but a paradigmatic shift wherein the Fourth Industrial Revolution, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and biotechnology structurally reshape the international system. However, these advanced technological capabilities are being weaponized by the Atlantic-centered hegemonic bloc as instruments of a new wave of neocolonialism.
Today, data, semiconductor technology, rare earth elements, and space infrastructure have been converted into tools of global capital domination. To preserve its technological and economic supremacy, the imperialist system deliberately sabotages the development dynamics of the Global South and the Middle East, using engineered conflicts to rob these regions of their strategic time and resources. The primary operational agent of this doctrine is the Atlantic military alliance, which has long lost its historical legitimacy. Having manipulated civilian politics through covert Gladio structures during the Cold War, this logic has now evolved into an aggressive global war machine.
The need for an urgent counter-mechanism against global tyranny—a new global alliance—is undeniable. However, the alliance we propose to prevent a major war is not a conventional military pact dictated by realism. It must be a profound “alliance of peoples” established against the colonial state mentality. This alliance must build an ethical and political framework that dismantles artificial enmities, ensures the equitable distribution of wealth, and promotes communal networks for knowledge sharing. International security can no longer be guaranteed merely by physical borders; it depends directly on internal democratization and the institutionalization of domestic peace. No state structure that fails to achieve internal peace and pluralism can withstand the imperialist tide.
The Middle East serves as the most vital laboratorial theater for this transformation. Rather than acting as proxy forces for colonial powers, the ancient peoples of the region—Turks, Kurds, Arabs, and Persians—can reclaim their historical agency through democratic confederalism and shared coexistence. Within this context, an inclusive, peaceful solution to the Kurdish issue remains the keystone of regional stability. The philosophical and political framework formulated by Mr. Abdullah Öcalan from İmralı prison—specifically his concepts of the “democratic nation” and “democratic confederalism”—provides a strategic roadmap for disarmament, democratic negotiation, and a shield against external imperialist interventions. The grand alliance we propose rests upon six core pillars: the restructuring of international law without selective double standards, sovereign equality, internationalist solidarity, the communalization of technology, the fair distribution of energy, and pluralistic domestic peace. A lasting global peace cannot be built without a dignified, just peace.
