The Global Civilization Initiative Research Center (DÜNYA-MER) aims to research and offer to the service of humanity:
- The historical interaction and cooperation among world civilizations,
- The contributions of the Rising Asian Civilization to the common future of humanity,
- The problematic of building the Common Future of Humanity in a climate of security and peace.
The Founding Meeting of our Center, which commenced its activities in Ankara on April 14, 2026, was opened with the speeches of Doğu Perinçek, Chairman of the Vatan Party; Jin Xin, Vice Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China; and Prof. Dr. Semih Koray, President of DÜNYA-MER.
The opening was attended by distinguished representatives of various political parties in Turkey and the Chinese Delegation headed by Jin Xin, Vice Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, along with diplomats in Ankara representing, in alphabetical order, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Republic of Belarus, the People’s Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Cuba, the Republic of Nicaragua, and the Russian Federation.
